Tonight I wasn't able to make it to the gym, so I did a simple work out at home with Cody spotting. Here's what went day-yown.
For time...
22 Lunges
21 Dips
16 Lunges
15 Dips
10 Lunges
9 Dips
I topped it off with 15 sit ups (which wasn't necessary) and even though it took less than 5 minutes, I was worked! It amazes me how you can get a work out so quickly. That is why I love Cross Fit!

Hey there, super random blog reader here. So I'm just barely getting started with Cross Fit and am excited about it...kind of. My brother is in the army and swears up and down that it is the best workout ever. I started a super basic version, I believe it is called Cindy. It's just squats, pushups and pullups...and I guess I can't go up to the next "rung" until I can complete the first...meaning I have to do a pull up!!! Say what?! I haven't ever been able to do a pull up. So here's my question for you, are you able to do a full pull up now and if so, how long did it take you to get there? Thanks:)
I have a 3 children one of which is only 3 months old. Due to her age I workout at home. My husband is a personal trainer and he has me use my own body against me....well, sometimes I feel like it is against me. lol...I am only 4 weeks into my 12 week postpartum body transformation and I feel that I am doing pretty well. I'm gonna have to check into cross fit now!
